"Stand By You" is a service available within Japan.
We cannot guarantee that the service will work when used overseas.

Inquiries will only be handled in Japanese.

After understanding the above, if you are considering joining from overseas, please be sure to check the following.

●Payment method is "credit card" only.
●To register, you will need an address in Japan where you can receive deliveries.
Delivery items are only available domestically.
●»Even if the recommended environment is met, we Kanousei not be able to provide support as this is a service intended for Japan only.
●After joining, we will not accept refunds under any circumstances.

*You cannot register with Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID) that is registered in a country other than Japan.
