• ・If a person living in Japan mistakenly registers as an overseas member, or if a person living overseas mistakenly registers as a domestic member, you will not be able to change your plan unless you cancel your membership. In such cases, please note that we will not be able to offer refunds or transfer your account information.
• ・すでにPlus member IDをお持ちの方が【海外会員】として登録されたい場合、日本国内のアカウントとして登録されている場合がございます。情報登録時に日本以外の国籍が選べない場合には、再度、新規登録をお願いいたします。
• ・Please note that overseas members are not eligible for the "W Membership" program.
• ・Once you have selected a membership plan, it cannot be changed unless you cancel your membership. Please consider carefully before making your selection.
• ・Please note that some content such as videos and radio will generally be in Japanese.
• ・Even if you have registered "I would like the bonus to be shipped," if you have not registered a correct address, we will not be responsible for non-delivery of the shipment and will not be able to provide a refund.
