継続特典はいつ届きますか?
Those who have completed the renewal procedure (i.e. paid the annual membership fee) are eligible to receive the card.
We will ship the item around the end of the month following the renewal month.
For information on shipping status, please see the "Inquiries about non-delivery of renewal benefits" section in the "FC NEWS" section of the Stand By You website.
*Items will be shipped to the address you registered with "Stand By You", so if there are any changes, please log in and complete the procedure as soon as possible from your My Page.
