I haven't received my membership benefits even after applying for them. What should I do?

A

The item will be reshipped around the end of the following month after the non-delivery request is submitted.

Once we have confirmed that the document has been returned to our office, we will make arrangements for it to be resent.

Please note that it will take some time to investigate the status of your return and return shipment.
