Can I exchange a defective membership item?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product regarding member benefits (joining benefits, renewal benefits, or newsletters),
We will check the relevant areas and get back to you.

Please take a photo using your smartphone camera and attach it to an email and send it to us.
