Changes to registered information
■ If the message "Already in use" appears
A "Plus member ID" has already been obtained for the email address you wish to register.
Plus member ID are issued in association with email addresses.
If the above message appears, you will not be able to make any changes unless you delete your "Plus member ID."
If the ID you obtained is not linked to information about paid services (e.g. fan club) or tickets you have won, you can delete it yourself.

If you do not receive the "Email Address Change Confirmation Email" to the changed email address, this is not an error.
