We cannot accept name changes that result in the registration of a different person.
Please note that this is not possible even for family members.
Please note that we will only accept corrections if there appears to have been a kanji conversion error or an obvious input error (such as typing in a predictive conversion).

・Date of birth (8 digits in the Gregorian calendar)
