What if my name changes due to marriage etc.?

If your last name changes due to marriage or other reasons, we will accept the change after verifying your identity.
You cannot change this yourself, so please contact us by email.

Please note that we cannot accept name changes that result in the name being changed to a different person.
*No changes are permitted even for family members.
