The information that you can and cannot change yourself is as follows:

<Caution>
We cannot accept any name changes that result in the registration being made to a different person.

If you are carrying out the procedure on behalf of someone else, please be sure to register the information of the person who will actually be using the service (name, date of birth, gender).

*Even in the case of family members, no exceptions are made.
