Regarding enrollment for children and those who do not own a smartphone
There is no restriction that membership cannot be registered using a smartphone or computer other than that of the registered person.
If the registrant does not have a smartphone or computer, they can complete the registration process using a family member's (guardian's/parent's) device.
Your family members can also access member content on their devices (smartphones or PCs) by logging in with the "Plus member ID" and "setting password" issued when you register as a member.
