Possession of multiple "Plus member ID" is not permitted as it may affect the use of some content (e.g. apps).
Please check the following.

■If you are unable to log in to the app, verify your phone number, or receive your electronic ticket
The fan club cannot assist with issues related to app login or phone number (SMS) authentication, which involve receiving electronic tickets.
In order to respond, we will need to confirm your ticket purchase history and your identity, and we will provide you with information after confirming this on "Ticket Plaza."

Example: Register "Stand By You" with ID① and "Stand By You" with ID②
Please decide which ID (account) you will use, and automatically cancel the other account without continuing.

Example: Register for "Stand By You" with ID① and another artist 's fan club with ID②
We are unable to compile member data at our office.
Please manage your own ID and password.

IDs (member data) will not be integrated.
