I would like to delete my Plus member ID (formerly known as EMTG ID).

A

Plus member ID is required to use "Stand By You".
You cannot delete your ID while you are registered with "Stand By You" (while your membership is still valid).

* Plus member ID is [formerly: EMTG ID].
* Plus member ID can be obtained free of charge, so there is no membership fee.

After canceling your membership with "Stand By You", you can delete your ID.

Please contact Ticket Plaza Customer Support with the following information:

Reason for wanting to cancel
●All your Plus member ID
●Tickets you wish to apply for and receive (artist name/performance date/venue name)
