Please tell me how to cancel my membership.
A
"Stand By You" is a fan club with an annual membership fee.

If you do not complete the renewal procedure (i.e. pay the annual membership fee) when your membership expires, your membership will be automatically cancelled.

Please check your membership expiration date on your My Page after logging in.

*Please access using a browser (Safari/Chrome) rather than from the app.


▼For those who use automatic credit card renewal payments
If you selected "Credit card payment" when you enrolled or during the renewal procedure for the previous year, "automatic renewal" will be applied.

Please be sure to check your current registration status on your My Page.

Automatic renewal can be stopped by the 20th of the expiration month.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please remember to cancel your membership by the due date.

If you would like to cancel your membership immediately rather than stop automatic renewal, please contact us.

Membership fees already paid cannot be refunded on a pro rata basis.
It may take several days for your cancellation to be completed after you contact us.
Please note that we cannot cancel your membership request after you have contacted us.
