We have sent the 2023 renewal bonus (clear postcard and pass sticker) to those who completed the renewal procedure in January 2024.

From January 1, 2024 to January 31, 2024Those who have completed the renewal procedure (= payment)

*We will send the item to your registered address as of February 19, 2024.

*This applies to those who have completed payment. If payment is made over the course of a month, the item will be eligible for the next shipping period.

*Continuation benefits are given to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for more than one year and have completed the renewal procedure (i.e. payment).

* Renewal procedures can be completed 3 months prior to the membership expiration date.
