We will begin shipping the bonuses to members who have been members for more than a year from the end of March, so if you are eligible, please look forward to receiving your bonus!

◆ Target recipients

This is a renewal benefit for "Stand By You" members whose membership expiration date after renewal procedure is between January 31, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

*Continuation benefits are given to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for more than one year and have completed the renewal procedure (= payment).

*The bonus will be delivered 1-2 months after the renewal procedure is completed.

*For those who complete the renewal procedure by February 2024, the package will be shipped from late March onwards. For those who complete the renewal procedure after March, the package will be shipped from April onwards.

*If you have any inquiries regarding non-delivery, you will be notified when your package is shipped.

*If your package has not arrived due to the timing of your move, etc., please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period.

◆About renewal procedures

Renewal procedures can be completed up to three months (including the month of expiration) prior to the membership expiration date.

<Example> Membership expiration date: April 30, 2024
