【Stand By You】2023 Continuation Benefit Inquiry Regarding Undelivered Items (For those who will be continuing in November)

​If you have not received the 2023 renewal benefits (clear postcard and pass sticker) that were sent to those who completed the renewal procedure in November 2023, please contact us during the period below.

We will resend it after confirming its return to our office.

*Shipments to those who completed the renewal procedure in December 2023 are scheduled to be made around late January 2024.

*Continuation benefits are given to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for more than one year and have completed the renewal procedure (i.e. payment).



[About resending after making an inquiry]
