Shipments will begin in March for those who join between January and the end of February!

The first shipment will be based on membership information as of March 1, 2021, so if there are any changes to your address, surname, etc., please complete the change procedure as soon as possible.

[About the first shipment]

■Shipping date: Scheduled for late March 2021

■ Eligible applicants: Those who joined between January 7th and February 28th, 2021

【Notes】

・This offer is only available to those who have completed their payment. If payment is made before March, the item will be shipped in the next delivery period.

・Items will be shipped to the address registered as of March 1, 2021. If you have moved, please change your address on your My Page and register an address where you can receive the item.

・If the name on your home nameplate is different from the addressee's name, the item will be returned due to a "wrong nameplate" reason. If this applies to you, please register "●● (nameplate name)-sama-ka" at the end of your address.

・If your surname has changed, you will not be able to change your registered surname yourself, so please fill in the necessary information and contact us by email by March 1st.

・Delivery will be by Yamato Transport DM. Japan Post's forwarding service does not apply.

・It usually takes 3 to 5 days (depending on the region) from shipping to delivery.

- Depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence, it may take up to a week for delivery.

- Regarding inquiries regarding non-delivery, we will inform you when we notify you of the shipment.

・If your package has not arrived due to the timing of your move, etc., please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period.

For those who join after March, the card will be shipped towards the end of the month following the month of joining.

Example: Joined on March 1, 2021 ⇒ Shipped in late April, 2021
