【Stand By You】Regarding inquiries regarding renewal benefits (for those who will be continuing in June)

Thank you for always using the OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM fan club "Stand By You".


If you have not received the renewal benefits (clear postcard and pass sticker) that were sent to those who completed the renewal procedure in June 2022, please contact us during the period below.

We will resend it after confirming its return to our office.

*Before making an inquiry, please be sure to check your registered address on your My Page.

*Items will be shipped to your registered address, so if you have moved, please change your registered address and contact us.

*If the addressee's name and nameplate are different or if your surname has changed, please see the "Notes" here.

*Please note that we cannot answer any inquiries outside of this period.

[Target audience]

Those who completed the renewal procedure (= payment)between June 1, 2022 and June 30, 2022

*If you have not received your renewal benefits, please contact us.

*This applies to those who have completed payment. If payment is made over the course of a month, the item will be eligible for the next shipping period.

*Shipments to those who completed the renewal procedure between July 1st and July 31st, 2022 are scheduled to be made around late August 2022.

*The renewal bonus is a bonus sent to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for one year and completed the renewal procedure (i.e. payment).



[About resending after making an inquiry]

We will investigate the delivery status based on your inquiry and resend the item if it has been returned to our office.

If we are unable to confirm the return, please note that we will resend the item as soon as we can confirm the return.

The next shipment is scheduled for late next month.

We will inform you again when the item is shipped, so please wait until it arrives.
