If you have not received the membership benefits (membership card and pin badge with membership number) that were sent to those who joined in January and February 2021, please contact us during the period below.

We will resend it after confirming its return to our office.

*This offer is only available to those who have completed their payment. If payment is made before March, the item will be shipped in the next delivery period.

*Shipments to those who enrolled in March are scheduled to be sent around late April.



[About resending after making an inquiry]

We will investigate the delivery status based on your inquiry and resend the item if it has been returned to our office.

If we are unable to confirm the return, please note that we will resend the item as soon as we can confirm the return.

The next shipment is scheduled for late next month.
