1) After logging in to the "Stand By You" site,"My Page"Select "Confirm/Edit Member Information"

2) Confirm your registered name

If your registered name has changed due to marriage, etc.『Here.』Please go through the procedure to change it.

*We only accept changes to surnames due to marriage or other reasons, or changes to incorrectly entered kanji or furigana.

3) Verify your registered address

Please do not omit any addresses, as this may result in delivery accidents.

*If you live in an apartment or condominium, please make sure that your room number is correct and has not been omitted.

Also, if the building is divided into buildings, please be sure to indicate these as well.
