We have sent out the 2023 renewal benefits (clear postcard and pass sticker) to those who completed the renewal procedure in August 2023.

[Shipping Eligible Parties]

From August 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023Those who have completed the renewal procedure (= payment)

*We will send it to the address registered as of September 19, 2023.

*Delivery will be by Yamato Transport DM. Japan Post's forwarding service will not be applied.

*Please note that we cannot provide individual tracking numbers.

*This applies to those who have completed payment. If payment is made over the course of a month, the item will be eligible for the next shipping period.

*Shipments to those who completed the renewal procedure in September 2023 are scheduled to be made around late October 2023.

*Continuation benefits are given to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for more than one year and have completed the renewal procedure (i.e. payment).

* Renewal procedures can be completed 3 months prior to the membership expiration date.

<Example> Expiration date: April 30, 2023

[About resending after making an inquiry]

We will investigate the delivery status based on your inquiry and resend the item if it has been returned to our office.

If we are unable to confirm the return, please note that we will resend the item as soon as we can confirm the return.

The next shipment is scheduled for late next month.
