[Stand By You] Announcement of first shipment of 2023 continuation bonuses

Thank you for always using the OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM fan club "Stand By You".


Those who have completed the renewal procedure by March 31, 2023,

For those whose membership expiration date after renewal procedure is between January 31, 2024 (Wed) and December 31, 2024 (Tue),

The 2023 continuing bonuses (clear postcard and pass sticker) have been shipped.

[Shipping Eligible Parties]

By March 31, 2023Those who have completed the renewal procedure (= payment),

Those whose membership expiration date after renewal procedure is between (Wed), January 31, 2024 and (Tue) December 31, 2024.

*We will send the certificate to your registered address as of April 1, 2023.

*Delivery will be by Yamato Transport DM. Japan Post's forwarding service will not be applied.

*Please note that we cannot provide individual tracking numbers.

*This applies to those who have completed payment. If payment is made over the course of a month, the item will be eligible for the next shipping period.

*Shipments to those who completed renewal procedures between April 1st and April 30th, 2023 are scheduled to be made around late May, 2023.

*Continuation benefits are given to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for more than one year and have completed the renewal procedure (i.e. payment).

* Renewal procedures can be completed 3 months prior to the membership expiration date.

<Example> Expiration date: April 30, 2023

[About resending after making an inquiry]

We will investigate the delivery status based on your inquiry and resend the item if it has been returned to our office.

If we are unable to confirm the return, please note that we will resend the item as soon as we can confirm the return.

The next shipment is scheduled for late next month.

We will inform you again when the item is shipped, so please wait until it arrives.
