We have sent out renewal bonuses (clear postcards and pass stickers) to those who completed the renewal procedure in January 2023.

[Shipping Eligible Parties]

Those who completed the renewal procedure (= payment)between January 1, 2023 and January 31, 2023

*We will send it to your registered address as of February 1, 2023.

*Delivery will be by Yamato Transport DM. Japan Post's forwarding service will not be applied.

*Please note that we cannot provide individual tracking numbers.

*This applies to those who have completed payment. If payment is made over the course of a month, the item will be eligible for the next shipping period.

*For those whose previous membership expiration date is after January 1, 2023 and who complete the renewal procedure by February 28, 2023, we plan to ship the new benefits around the end of March 2023.

*The renewal bonus is a bonus sent to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for one year and completed the renewal procedure (i.e. payment).

* Renewal procedures can be completed 3 months prior to the membership expiration date.

[About resending after making an inquiry]

We will investigate the delivery status based on your inquiry and resend the item if it has been returned to our office.

If we are unable to confirm the return, please note that we will resend the item as soon as we can confirm the return.

The next shipment is scheduled for late next month.
