We have sent out renewal bonuses (clear postcards and pass stickers) to those who completed the renewal procedure in December 2022.

[Shipping Eligible Parties]

Those who have completed the renewal procedure (= payment)between December 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022

*We will send the certificate to your registered address as of January 1, 2023.

*Delivery will be by Yamato Transport DM. Japan Post's forwarding service will not be applied.

*Please note that we cannot provide individual tracking numbers.

*This applies to those who have completed payment. If payment is made over the course of a month, the item will be eligible for the next shipping period.

*The renewal bonus is a bonus sent to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for one year and completed the renewal procedure (i.e. payment).

* Renewal procedures can be completed up to three months prior to the membership expiration date (including the expiration date).

<Example> Expiration date: April 30, 2023

[About resending after making an inquiry]

We will investigate the delivery status based on your inquiry and resend the item if it has been returned to our office.

If we are unable to confirm the return, please note that we will resend the item as soon as we can confirm the return.

The next shipment is scheduled for late next month.
