Below we will inform you of the electronic ticket issuance dates and ticket trading schedule for the nationwide hall tour "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM SHOCKING NUTS TOUR".

▼ Regarding ticket issuing

On the ticket issuing date of each performance, Ticket Plaza will send you an email with instructions on how to issue your ticket to the email address registered to Plus member ID you entered when applying. Please set your email to receive emails from "mail.plusmember.jp". Seat numbers are scheduled to be displayed 3 days before each performance.

Tickets can be purchased through the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app."

Tickets for the applicant and accompanying person will be issued to the smartphone device of the phone number registered at the time of application. Tickets can only be displayed on the mobile phone number registered at the time of application.

The designated parent and child seats will be issued to the applicant's smartphone together with the accompanying person, and will not be displayed on the accompanying person's device. On the day of the performance, please enter the venue together with the applicant and all members of the group.

Please note that if there is an error in the registered phone number of the smartphone on which you want to display the ticket, the ticket will not be displayed. (If there is an error, please contact Ticket Plaza customer support.)

*Customers who are not in the designated parent-child seats and do not have a smartphone will be required to show identification at the "special reception desk" on the day of the event before being allowed entry.

▼ Regarding ticket trading

Ticket trading will begin on the ticket issue date. Please use the official ticket trading service in the following cases:

I bought a ticket but suddenly couldn't go.

・I want to purchase tickets that are already sold out

Ticket trading is done at the fixed price and is based on a lottery system. Please note that you cannot specify the customer.

Each performance: From the day of ticket issue until 11:59AM the day before the performance

＜Notes＞

*You can submit one ticket per performance.

*Only the applicant can complete the procedure. The applicant must list the tickets for accompanying persons.

*If you purchase a designated parent-child seat that has been put up for sale through a trade, the ticket price will be 8,800 yen (tax included) for a seated designated seat. Designated parent-child seats for children cannot be purchased for 4,510 yen (tax included) through ticket trading. (Those who put up a ticket for sale and successfully traded it will be refunded the original ticket price.)

*Ticket trading is not a cancellation or refund. Listing a ticket does not guarantee that it will go through.

*Please note that in addition to the ticket price, a separate service fee will be charged for both listing and purchasing.

*Transfer and resale of tickets through any means other than official ticket trading is strictly prohibited. Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason or purpose.
