  • Download the app

    Install the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app" from Google Play.
    Install the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app" from the App Store.

    • *If you are unable to download successfully, search for and download from the Play Store or App Store.
    • *To prevent unauthorized use of electronic tickets, please change the device you are using and update the app.Reinstallation limited to twice a monthThis is the status we are currently in.
      If you install the app multiple times, you will not be able to log in.Please be careful.

    After launching the app, tap "Tickets" on the bottom menu of the screen.Plus member ID (email address is also acceptable) and password used when applying for ticketsYou can access the ticket menu by logging in via the form.

  • Phone number verification

    Once you log in, you will be redirected to the phone number entry screen.The phone number of the device on which you will use the appAfter entering the information, an SMS message will be sent to your device, so please enter the authentication number listed.

    • *The ticket menu cannot be used on smartphones that do not have an SMS contract or phone number.

Receiving your e-ticket

  • Get your ticket

    If you received an e-ticket display notification email,Tap the "New tickets have arrived" messagePlease make sure that the tickets for the relevant performance are displayed.

    *Please note that there is no need to go through the "Receive Ticket" process at the bottom right of the screen to receive your ticket.

    • *If you do not see the message "New tickets have arrived," it is Kanousei that you are logged in with a different ID than the one you used when applying."FAQ"Please confirm.
  • Check the ticket display

    Please select the performance from My Tickets and check the display on the ticket by the day before the performance.

Admission on the day of the performance

  • Display the entrance check screen in advance

    You cannot enter with just the ticket!
    Be sure to display this screen!

    When entering, tap on the menu "Tickets" → the performance you want to enter and it will be displayed"Entrance check screen"Please present this to the entrance staff.
    If multiple tickets are displayed, please enter together with the person who applied.

    • *The entrance check screen will be displayed [approximately 1 hour before the doors open on the day of the performance].
    • *If you have closed the admission check screen, please tap the "Show admission check screen" button displayed on the ticket.
  • Enter with a stamp

    After checking the entrance check screen, you can easily enter by stamping.

    • *You will not be able to enter with a screenshot of the entrance check screen.
      Please be sure to display the admission check screen from the e-ticket app.
