Shipment is scheduled for the end of July 2022.

This time, we will send the e-mails to those who are valid "Stand By You" members as of 23:59 on (Sun) 2022, so if you are interested, please apply as soon as possible.

[Shipping Eligible Parties]

■ Valid members of "Stand By You "as of 23:59 on (Sun) 2022

*We will send these to anyone who has an account that is able to log in as of 23:59 on (Sun) July 3rd.

*Those who join or renew after 00:00 on (Mon) July 4th will be eligible to receive the next issue.

*If you pay at a convenience store, it may take 2-3 hours from the time of payment until your membership registration is completed, so please make sure you allow enough time and date to join.

[Please confirm your registration details]

The "Stand By You" newsletter vol.2 will be sent to the address/name registered as of (Thu),July7th, so please double-check your registration details.

If there are any changes to your registration information, please make the changes on "My Page"​ ​by (Thu) July 7th.

Please note that we will not be able to resend any packages that have not been delivered due to incomplete registration or a late application after changing your address.

<How to confirm your registration details>

1) After logging in to the "Stand By You" site, select "Confirm/Change Member Information" under "My Page"​

2) Confirm your registered name

If your registered name has changed due to marriage or other reasons, please click here to change your name.

*We only accept changes to surnames due to marriage or other reasons, or changes to incorrectly entered kanji or furigana.

3) Verify your registered address

Please do not omit any addresses, as this may result in delivery accidents.

*If you live in an apartment or condominium, please make sure that your room number is correct and has not been omitted.

Also, if the building is divided into buildings, please be sure to indicate these as well.

*If the nameplate has a different surname than the one registered, it may be returned as an incorrect address, so please register "(surname as it appears on the nameplate)" at the end of the registered address.

*If you are planning to move or have changed your address, we recommend that you also change your registered address and apply for a mail forwarding form at your post office.

[Regarding shipping]

■ Shipments will begin by Yu-Mail from the end of July 2022

*We will notify you on "FC NEWS" once shipping is complete.

*Please make sure to display your name on the post as the package will be delivered to your mailbox. If the post does not have a lock, we recommend that you install a lock.
