Those who joined between September 1st and September 30th, 2021

*It will be sent to the address registered as of October 1st.

*Delivery will be by Yamato Transport DM. Japan Post's forwarding service will not be applied.

*This applies to those who have completed payment. If payment is made over the course of a month, the item will be eligible for the next shipping period.

*For those who enrolled in October, shipping will be scheduled for late November.

[About resending after making an inquiry]

We will investigate the delivery status based on your inquiry and resend the item if it has been returned to our office.

If we are unable to confirm the return, please note that we will resend the item as soon as we can confirm the return.

The next shipment is scheduled for late next month.
