* Counter hours: 1 hour before the doors open until the end of the show

・When the accompanying person in the child seat does not have a smartphone in a designated parent-child seat
⇒Applicants can display their ticket on their smartphone and enter simultaneously through the regular entrance lane.

・If you purchase multiple tickets, the tickets for your companions will be displayed on the smartphone devices of the companions you registered at the reception desk.

・To receive your ticket, you will need to download OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app.

・If your companion does not have a smartphone, they will not be able to display the ticket.

・Accompanying persons must be accompanied by the purchaser (representative) after their identity has been verified.

・If there is an error in your identification, you may be asked to fill in personal information such as your address, name, and phone number on the verification document.

Please bring one of the following photo identification documents.

Visitors under the age of 12 will be able to verify their identity with just one health insurance card, even if it does not have a photo.

When using your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) as identification, please only present the front (the side with your photo).

Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your personal number printed on it).

Please note that when verifying your identity, the organizer will not look at the back of your Individual Number Card (My Number Card).

*Your personal identification number (My Number) notification card (a paper card with your personal number printed on it and no photo) cannot be used as identification.

We will verify two of the following documents (a) to (f) or one of the documents (a) to (f) and at least one document with your name printed on it. (Handwritten names are not accepted.)

*Copies, handwritten documents, and expired documents are not accepted.

*Public utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) and various postal documents are not acceptable, even if your name is printed on them.

Example: Only one employee ID card, two patient ID cards are not allowed

*Please bring all official certificates in the same condition as when they were officially issued.

*Resident registration certificates, family register copies, and extracts of family registers must be issued within the last six months. (Copies are not accepted.)

*Lending and borrowing insurance cards is prohibited by law.

*Tampering with or forging identification documents, and using forged identification documents are all criminal acts.
