We will begin shipping the bonuses to those who have been members for more than a year from late March, so if you are eligible, please look forward to your bonus arriving!

◆ Target recipients

This is a renewal benefit for "Stand By You" members whose membership expiration date after renewal procedure is between Wednesday, January 31, 2024 and Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

*Continuation benefits are given to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for more than one year and have completed the renewal procedure (= payment).

*The bonus will be shipped 1-2 months after the renewal procedure is completed.

We apologize for the wait, but for those who have completed the renewal procedure by Tuesday, February 28, 2023, we plan to start shipping from the end of March.

For those who complete the renewal procedure after March, the items will be shipped sequentially from the following month.

*If you have any inquiries regarding non-delivery, you will be notified when your package is shipped.

*If your package has not arrived due to the timing of your move, etc., please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period.

◆About renewal procedures

Renewal procedures can be completed up to three months (including the month of expiration) prior to the membership expiration date.
