Items will be shipped out from late April, so eligible recipients can look forward to their arrival!

◆ Target recipients

​This is a renewal benefit for" Stand By You "members whose expiration date after renewal procedure is between (Tue), January 31, 2023 and (Sun) December 31, 2023.

*The renewal bonus is a bonus sent to those who have continued using "Stand By You" for one year and completed the renewal procedure (= payment).

*The bonus will be shipped 1 to 2 months after the renewal procedure is completed.

We apologize for the wait, but for those who have completed the renewal procedure by (Thu) March 31, 2022, we plan to start shipping from late April.

For those who complete the renewal procedure after April, the items will be shipped sequentially from the following month.

*If you have any inquiries regarding non-delivery, you will be notified when your package is shipped.

*If your package has not arrived due to the timing of your move, etc., please be sure to contact us during the inquiry period.

◆About renewal procedures

Renewal procedures can be completed 3 months prior to the membership expiration date.

Example: For those with an expiration date of April 30, 2022 (Sat)
