The final (fourth) round of refunds will be available to those who hold tickets that fall under either ① or ② below.

If you would like a refund, please follow the instructions below and complete the procedure within the specified period.

Please note that refund methods vary depending on where you purchased your item.

① Customers who have been selected in the third and final round of ticket acceptance (held from July 1st to 4th) for the rescheduled performance

② Customers who have tickets for "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM Tour 2020 – Arena Travelers -" and have not yet received a transfer or refund.

[Refund period] From Thursday, July 15, 2021, 10:00 to Tuesday, August 31, 2021, 23:59

*All tickets purchased through LINE TICKETS have already been transferred, but as they are not eligible for resale, final refunds will be accepted during the above period.

If you have a physical ticket for the 2020 performance (- Arena Travelers-) and you mistakenly receive a refund, you will also lose your right to attend the rescheduled performance for which you have been selected, so please hold on to your ticket until the day you attend.

Please understand that if you lose your ticket, it will not be reissued or refunded.

◆ Customers who purchased tickets through Ticket Pia and issued them at Seven-Eleven

Due to system issues, refunds for this performance cannot be processed at Seven-Eleven stores.

Please return your ticket by "registered mail," "courier service," or "registered mail" to the address below (mail center) within the refund acceptance period.

Normally, refunds will be made via "Postal Transfer Payment Certificate" approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the end of the refund acceptance period. (*Currently, it is taking longer than usual.)

The postal transfer payment slip will arrive in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Administration Center. Please bring your identification and exchange it for cash at a post office.
