[Tour 2020 -Arena Travelers] Third round of refund applications
Thank you for your continued support of OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM.
As already announced, a nationwide arena tour "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM one - man tour 2021 - 2022 (tentative)" will be held from September 2021, which will replace the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM Tour 2020 – Arena Travelers -" scheduled for 2020.
For customers who do not wish to participate in the rescheduled performance and would like a refund for their "Tour 2020 -Arena Travelers" tickets, refunds will be accepted from Monday, June (Mon) to (Sun) June 20th, 2021. For details, please see the link below.
We apologize for the long wait since our last refund notice.
Furthermore, even if you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance date for which you have been selected, please obtain a refund within the above period.
If you get a refund for your ticket, you will also forfeit your right to attend the rescheduled performance, so please be careful not to get a refund if you plan to attend the rescheduled performance.
For customers who purchased tickets through LINE TICKET, tickets that have been rescheduled for the 2021-2022 performances cannot be resold, so if you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, please be sure to request a refund during this period.

Due to system issues, refunds for this performance cannot be processed at Seven-Eleven stores.

Normally, refunds will be made via "Postal Transfer Payment Certificate" approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the end of the refund acceptance period. (*Currently, it is taking longer than usual.)
The postal transfer payment slip will arrive in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Administration Center. Please bring your identification and exchange it for cash at a post office.
