Tickets purchased through the fan club Pre-order will be issued as "e-tickets" via the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app".

For security reasons, you may be required to exchange your ticket for a paper ticket at the venue on the day of the event before entering.

When redeeming your item, we will, in principle, require you to present your passport for identity verification.
