・If your companion does not have a smartphone
*Office hours: from 1 hour before the doors open until the end of the show

・When a companion in a designated parent-child seat does not have a smartphone
⇒Applicants can display their ticket on their smartphone and enter simultaneously through the regular entrance lane.

<Notes>
・If you purchase multiple tickets, the tickets for your companions will be displayed on the smartphone devices of the companions you registered at the reception.

・To receive your tickets, you will need to download OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app.

・If your companion does not have a smartphone, they will not be able to display the ticket.
⇒We will check the identification of the accompanying person to ensure that the information provided matches the information previously registered by the purchaser.

・Accompanying persons will be required to enter together with the purchaser (representative) after their identity is verified.

・If there is an error in your identification, you may be asked to fill in personal information such as your address, name, and phone number on the verification document.

・Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.

・This performance is subject to the Act prohibiting unauthorized ticket resale.

・If illegal buying and selling is discovered, you will be denied entry.
*In this case, tickets cannot be refunded and transportation costs cannot be covered.

・It is expected to be very crowded just before the show starts, so please make sure you arrive on time.

・Please follow the instructions of the staff on site.

Please bring one of the following photo identification documents.

(8) Individual Number Card (My Number Card)

Visitors under the age of 12 will be able to be identified with just one health insurance card, even if it does not have a photo.

When using your My Number Card as identification, please only present the front (the side with your photo).

Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your personal number printed on it).

Please note that when verifying your identity, the organizers will not see the back of your Individual Number Card (My Number Card).

* Individual Number (My Number) notification cards (paper cards with your individual number printed on them but without a photo) cannot be used as identification.

We will verify two of the following items (a) to (f) or one of the items (a) to (f) and at least one item with your name printed on it. (Names written by hand are not accepted.)

Employee ID card/student ID card without a photo/credit card/cash card/patient registration card

*Copies, handwritten documents and expired documents are not acceptable.

*Public utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) and various postal documents will not be accepted, even if they have your name printed on them.

*Items with names printed on them are not acceptable.
Example: Only one employee ID card, two patient ID cards are not allowed

*Please bring all official certificates in the same condition as they were officially issued.

*Resident registration cards, family register copies, and extracts from family registers must be issued within the last six months. (Copies are not accepted.)

*Lending and borrowing health insurance cards is prohibited by law.

*Tampering with or forging identification documents, and using forged identification documents are all criminal acts.
