As a general rule, tickets that have been selected and paid for can be issued.
The method of issuing and receiving tickets varies depending on the performance and type of ticket, so please check the notes for the performance you have applied for (= the reception page).
Tickets that you win in the members-only Pre-order will be tickets reserved for you as a member.
Please maintain your membership status until the performance date.
