各公演の発券日にチケプラより、お申込み時にご入力いただいたPlus member IDにご登録のメールアドレスへ発券方法のご案内メールをお送りします。「mail.plusmember.jp」を受信できるよう設定してください。
・座席番号の表示は各公演の3日前を予定しております。
・チケットは「Official髭男dismアプリ」での発券となります。
・申込者様・同行者様それぞれのスマートフォン端末にチケットが発券されます。お申込み時にご登録された携帯電話番号にのみ表示が可能です。

・本公演は「チケット不正転売禁止法」の対象となります。

Regarding identity verification

For this performance, you will be asked to present the ticket displayed on your smartphone to verify your identity. If any of the following apply to you, please read the precautions and bring your identification with you when you come to the performance.

<When verifying your identity at the "Special Response Desk">
・If your companion does not have a smartphone
*However, if the accompanying person in the child seat of the designated parent-child seat does not have a smartphone, they can enter together through the regular entrance lane by displaying the ticket on the applicant's smartphone device.
*Office hours: from 1 hour before the doors open until the end of the show

[Notes]
・If you purchase multiple tickets, the tickets for your companions will be displayed on the smartphone devices of your companions who you registered at the reception desk in advance.
To receive your ticket, you will need to download OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app. For details, please see "From receiving OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app electronic ticket to entry" at the following URL.

・If your companion does not have a smartphone, we will not be able to display the ticket, so we will ask them to show their ID to ensure that the companion information matches the information they have registered in advance.
Accompanying persons will be required to enter together with the purchaser (representative) after their identity is verified.
・If there is an error in your identification, you may be asked to fill in personal information such as your address, name, and phone number on the confirmation document. Please note this in advance.
・Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.
・This performance is subject to the "Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Ticket Resale." If unauthorized sales are discovered, you will be denied entry. In that case, we will not be able to refund your ticket or cover your travel expenses.
・It is expected to be very crowded just before the show starts, so please make sure you arrive on time.
・Please follow the instructions of staff on site.

*Visitors under the age of 12 can be identified with just one health insurance card, even if there is no photo.

*When using your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) as identification, please only present the front side (the side with your photo). Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your Individual Number printed on it).
Please note that when verifying your identity, the organizers will not see the back of your Individual Number Card (My Number Card).
* Individual Number (My Number) notification cards (paper cards with your individual number printed on them but without a photo) cannot be used as identification.

We will verify your identity with two of the following documents (a) through (f), or one of the documents (a) through (f) and at least one document with your name printed on it. (Names written by hand are not accepted.)
(a) Health insurance card
(b) Residence certificate
(c) Family register
(d) Family register extract
(e) Seal registration certificate
(f) Pension book

■Examples of items with names printed on them
Employee ID cards, student ID cards without a photo, credit cards, cash cards, patient registration cards
*Copies, handwritten documents and expired documents are not acceptable.
*Public utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) and various postal documents will not be accepted, even if they have your name printed on them.
*Only items with names printed on them are not accepted.
(For example, only one employee ID card is acceptable; two medical cards are not acceptable) There must be one official document as the basis.
*Please bring all official certificates in their officially issued condition.
Additionally, resident registration cards, family register copies, and extracts from family registers must be issued within the last six months (copies are not accepted).
*Lending and borrowing health insurance cards is prohibited by law. In addition, tampering with or forging identification documents, and using forged identification documents, are all criminal acts.
