- Tickets purchased through the fan club's "Annual/Monthly Member Pre-order Pre-order" will be used for entry via the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM App" as electronic tickets. Paper tickets will not be exchanged at the venue.

● Customers who purchased standing tickets (Standing R / Standing S)
[IMPORTANT] Customers who have purchased standing tickets must pick up their wristbands at the FC Pre-order standing ticket counter. If you have not received your wristband, you will not be able to join the queue for entry to the standing area. Please check the following instructions and be sure to pick up your wristband. Also, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

- Standing ticket holders (Standing R / Standing S) will be admitted in order of their assigned numbers. If you purchased your ticket through the "Annual/Monthly Member Pre-order," please go to the Fan Club Pre-order Ticket Check-in Booth at the venue before entering, present your electronic ticket screen, and you will be given a wristband specifically for the standing area, which you must wear.
- The wristbands for the standing area will be different colors for each block (GA, NA, DA, RA). Please be sure to check the type and area of your ticket before proceeding.
- Wristbands cannot be reissued if lost or damaged, so please handle them with care.
- Only one wristband will be issued per person. Group collection by one representative is not permitted.
- Entry to the standing area will be in the order of the numbered tickets. Please come to the designated waiting area (gate below) before entry begins and line up according to the instructions.

●Customers who have purchased reserved seats (Reserved R/S/A/B)
- Customers who purchased reserved seats through the "Annual/Monthly Member Pre-order" should present their electronic ticket from the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app" at the Reserved Seating Entry at Gate 2-2 to enter.
- Customers with reserved seats do not need to visit the fan club ticket office in advance. Also, tickets will not be exchanged for wristbands.

●Regarding the distribution of tickets to accompanying persons
- If you purchased two or more tickets (all types of standing and reserved seats) through the "Annual/Monthly Member Pre-order," please distribute the tickets to your companions in advance. Please distribute the tickets by the day before the performance. Distribution will not be possible after the venue opens each day, so you will only be able to enter once all members of your group are present. Thank you for your understanding.
- All attendees must possess their own electronic ticket on the day of the performance. Entry will be denied to anyone without a valid electronic ticket, regardless of the reason.

[How to obtain tickets]
- Tickets will be issued via the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app". For instructions on how to issue your tickets, please check the "Ticket Issuance Instructions Email" sent to the email address registered to the Plus member ID you entered when applying.
**Please note**
If the phone number on the smartphone displaying the ticket does not match the phone number registered during the application process, the ticket will not be displayed. Please be sure to check this before coming to the venue and complete the ticket issuance procedure.

In the following cases, please go to the "Special Handling Counter" located next to the "FC Pre-order Ticket Check-in Booth" outside the venue. We will guide you after verifying the representative's photo ID (passport in principle) and purchase record.
- If your companion does not have a smartphone
- If you cannot display your electronic ticket
*Please be aware that it will be extremely crowded just before the doors open and the show begins. Please allow plenty of time to get there.
*Please follow the instructions of the staff on site.

*Residents of the area do not need to bring an English ID.
*The person who attends must be the same person whose name was registered when applying for the ticket, and must bring their own ID with them.

[Other important information]
- This performance is open to those aged 12 and over.
- For minors aged 12 and over, earmuffs are available for loan at the venue upon request. Please inform a staff member.
- Re-entry after admission is not permitted.
- Cloakroom (luggage storage) service is available.

*Re-checking luggage after it has been retrieved will incur an additional charge of 3,000 KRW.
