Notes/Remarks
  • Children 3 years and older are charged. Children under 2 years old can watch for free on a lap, but if a seat is required, a charge applies.
  • Purchase Limit All ticket types (excluding designated parent-child seats): Up to 2 tickets per person / Designated parent-child seats: Up to 4 tickets per person
  • As a general rule, electronic tickets will be accepted.
  • All visitors will be required to obtain Plus member ID and register their age.
  • All tickets will be purchased through the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app."
  • Customers who do not have a smartphone will be required to show identification at the "Special Entry Counter" on the day of the event before being allowed entry.
    *However, children in designated parent-child seats can enter at the same time using the applicant's device, so there will be no identification check even if you do not have a smartphone.
    Please note that we may ask you to show identification to verify your age.
  • This performance is subject to the "Act Prohibiting Unauthorized Ticket Resale."
  • The name of the person confirmed in advance at the time of application will be displayed on the ticket, and admission will be restricted to only the person whose name is on the ticket. Transfer of tickets for a fee without the consent of the promoter is prohibited.
  • As a measure against fraudulent ticket resale, we ask that both the applicant and accompanying person register their phone numbers when applying, which will be displayed on the applicant's and accompanying person's smartphone devices.
  • Please note that you cannot change the attendees after purchasing tickets.
    * Regarding designated parent-child seats, if the accompanying person in the child seat does not have a smartphone, they can enter together through the regular entrance lane by displaying the ticket on the applicant's smartphone device.
  • Official ticket trading will be conducted. (The trading schedule will be announced at a later date.)
"Designated Parent and Child Seats" Notice
  • The seats do not guarantee proximity to the stage.
  • Any combination of adults and children is allowed (adults only is not allowed).
  • Children's tickets are for children who are elementary school age or younger on the performance date.
  • You may be asked to show identification to determine your age upon entry.
  • If you do not have the card when asked to do so by a staff member, you will be required to pay the difference between the adult fare and the ticket price.
  • "Designated parent and child seats" will be available until the official Pre-order sale.
  • Please note that we will close the acceptance of orders once the planned number of tickets is reached.
  • Parent and child seats are assigned seats and allow you to watch the performance while remaining seated.
"Stage backside seats" precautions
  • Seats are on the side and back of the stage.
  • These seats may make it difficult to see the performers and some parts of the production. Also, it may be difficult to hear the sound.
  • Some of the seats backstage may be designated seating.
  • We cannot inform you of the designated seating area in advance.

Information on electronic ticket issuance and ticket trading

We would like to inform you of the schedule for electronic ticket issuance and ticket trading for "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM one-man live in TOYOTA ARENA TOKYO".

Regarding ticket issuance

Ticket Plaza will send you an email with instructions on how to issue your ticket on (Wed), October 1st, so please make sure you have your email set up to receive emails from "mail.plusmember.jp".
・If you applied through Lawson Ticket and were selected: We will send you an email to the email address registered to Plus member ID you entered when applying.
・If you apply for and are selected in the "ALVARCARS" members-only advance ticket Pre-order: We will send an email to the email address you entered when you applied.
Seat numbers will be displayed three days before each performance.
Tickets will be issued through the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM app."
Tickets will be issued to the smartphone devices of both the applicant and accompanying person. They can only be displayed on the mobile phone number registered at the time of application.

[Note]
・The designated parent-child seats will be issued to the applicant's smartphone together with the accompanying person's seat, and will not be displayed on the accompanying person's device. On the day of the performance, everyone in the group, including the applicant, must enter the venue together.

*Please note that if there is an error in the registered phone number of the smartphone on which the ticket will be displayed, the ticket will not be displayed. (If there is an error, please contact Ticket Plaza customer support.)
*Customers who do not have a smartphone and are not in the designated parent-child seats will be required to show their identification at the "special assistance counter" on the day of the event before entering.

Regarding ticket trading

Ticket trading will begin on the ticket issuance date. Please use the official ticket trading service in the following cases:
I bought a ticket but suddenly couldn't go.
・I want to purchase tickets that are already sold out

Ticket trading is done at the fixed price and is based on a lottery system. Please note that you cannot specify the customer.

*You can submit one ticket per performance.
*Only the applicant can complete the procedure. Companion tickets must be listed by the applicant.
*Tickets purchased through the overseas member Pre-order and "ALVARCARS" member-only ticket Pre-order are not eligible.
*If you purchase a designated parent-child seat that has been put up for sale through a trade, it will be sold for a ticket price of 11,000 yen (tax included) as a seated designated seat. It is not possible to purchase a designated parent-child seat for a child for 5,500 yen (tax included) through a ticket trade. (Those who put up a ticket for sale and successfully complete the trade will be refunded the original ticket price.)
*Ticket trading does not mean cancellation or refund. Listing a ticket does not guarantee that it will be completed.
*Please note that for both listing and purchasing, a separate service fee will be required in addition to the ticket price.
*Transfer and resale of tickets outside of official ticket trading is strictly prohibited. Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason or purpose.

Tickets will be issued via the "OFFICIAL HIGE DANDISM App." Ticket issuing instructions will be sent to you by email on the day your electronic ticket is issued, so please make sure your email settings allow you to receive emails from "mail.plusmember.jp."

  • If your companion does not have a smartphone, we will not be able to display the ticket, so we will ask them to provide identification to ensure that the companion information matches the information they provided in advance.
    We will need to verify the identity of any accompanying persons and they must enter together with the purchaser (representative).
  • Please note that if there is an error in your identification, you may be asked to fill in personal information such as your address, name, and phone number on the confirmation document.
  • Please note that if we are unable to verify your identity, you may be denied entry.
  • This performance is subject to the "Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Ticket Resale." If unauthorized sales are discovered, you will be denied entry. In that case, we will not be able to refund your ticket or cover your travel expenses.

*Visitors under the age of 12 can be identified with just one health insurance card, even if there is no photo.

*When using your Individual Number Card (My Number Card) as identification, please only present the front side (the side with your photo). Please be careful not to present the back side (the side with your Individual Number printed on it).
Please note that when verifying your identity, the organizers will not see the back of your Individual Number Card (My Number Card).
* Individual Number (My Number) notification cards (paper cards with your individual number printed on them but without a photo) cannot be used as identification.

We will verify your identity with two of the following documents (a) through (f), or one of the documents (a) through (f) and at least one document with your name printed on it. (Names written by hand are not accepted.)

(b) Residence certificate
(c) Family register
(d) Family register extract

(f) Pension book

■Examples of items with names printed on them
Employee ID cards, student ID cards without a photo, credit cards, cash cards, patient registration cards
*Copies, handwritten documents and expired documents are not acceptable.
*Public utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) and various postal documents will not be accepted, even if they have your name printed on them.
*Only items with names printed on them are not accepted.
(For example, only one employee ID card is acceptable; two medical cards are not acceptable) There must be one official document as the basis.
*Please bring all official certificates in their officially issued condition.
Additionally, resident registration cards, family register copies, and extracts from family registers must be issued within the last six months (copies are not accepted).
*Lending and borrowing health insurance cards is prohibited by law. In addition, tampering with or forging identification documents, and using forged identification documents, are all criminal acts.
