Guidelines for holding the event
Requests to visitors
This concert is based on the "Guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 at music concerts" announced by the Japan Concert Promoters Association, the Japan Association of Music Businesses, and the Japan Federation of Music Producers, as well as the regulations set by the city where the concert is being held. To ensure that everyone can attend the concert in safety, we have established the following guidelines and all performers and staff will do their best to comply with them.
We would like to ask all customers planning to visit the venue to please read the following information and provide your understanding and cooperation.
◇Information about COCOA (COVID-19 Contact Confirmation App)
・You can receive notifications about Kanousei contact with an infected person by using the COVID-19 contact tracing app. Please install the app and have it running at least two weeks prior to your visit. We will check that you have installed the app when you enter the venue.
◇Please cooperate by wearing a mask, taking your temperature, disinfecting your hands and washing your hands frequently.
*Please be sure to bring and wear a non-woven mask when attending the performance*
*Please refrain from conversations with other customers when entering or exiting the venue, when lining up, and within the venue.*
・Please bring a mask with you to the venue as we ask that you wear one at all times inside the venue. If you do not wear a mask, you will be denied entry.
・We will set up a temperature measuring station at each entrance and measure the temperature of visitors with a non-contact thermometer. If a visitor has a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, they will be asked to take their temperature again in a designated waiting area, and if there is no change in their temperature, they will be denied entry.
- Disinfectant alcohol will be provided at the entrance and throughout the venue, so please use it.
◇Only electronic tickets will be sold.
・To prevent contact infection, tickets will be sold as electronic tickets in principle.
・When entering the venue, you will be asked to show your ticket screen to check your ticket. When checking your ticket, staff will generally not touch or operate your device.
・The personal information you register will be kept strictly managed by the organizers for a certain period of time, and will only be used to trace the infection route in the unlikely event that an infection occurs, and will be provided to public institutions such as public health centers as necessary. It will not be used for any other purposes.
・In order to verify your identity and to prevent the spread of infection, you will need to register the personal information of the applicant and accompanying person when applying. Please note that, as a general rule, accompanying persons cannot be replaced.
・Your identity will be verified by showing the ticket displayed on your smartphone.
・If you purchase multiple tickets, please distribute the tickets to the people accompanying you in advance. If you do not have a smartphone, please bring your identification document and come to the "Special Support Desk" located in front of the venue.
* Paper tickets may be issued for some tickets in "Tour 2020 -Arena Travelers". Even if you use your paper ticket for admission, you will follow the instructions of the staff and complete the admission procedure yourself without the staff touching the ticket.

STEP 1 Download the app Please download the "Lawson Ticket e-Ticket app" in advance.
STEP 2: Your ticket will be automatically delivered to the ticket collection app. Please check it.
*If the smartphone phone number entered when booking is different from the phone number of your device, the ticket will not be displayed.
STEP 3 Ticket distribution If you purchase multiple tickets, distribute (hand over) the tickets and register the personal information of your companions. Companions will also need to download the L-Ticket e-Ticket app.
*If a child in a parent-child seat does not have a smartphone, the representative must also present the child's seat ticket and they can enter together through the regular lane.
STEP 4 Admission on the performance day

◇ We will accept refund requests immediately before each performance.
・In consideration of the spread of infection, we will accept requests for refunds approximately one week before each performance. If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, please request a refund within the period. More details will be provided approximately 10 days before the performance.
Please note that anyone falling under any of the following categories will not be allowed to enter the venue, and refunds will not be available after the application period has expired.
- Those who have a fever (37.5℃ or higher) when their temperature is taken at home or upon entry
- Those who have symptoms such as sore throat, headache, joint pain, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, cough, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, or a weak or abnormal sense of taste.
- Those who have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
- Those who have a family member or close acquaintance living with them who is suspected of being infected
- Those who have traveled to a country or region within the past two weeks where the government has imposed entry restrictions or a period of observation after entry, or who have had close contact with a resident of such a country
*If you begin to feel unwell or become unwell during your visit, please inform a member of staff immediately.
*Elderly people and those with underlying illnesses who are at high Kanousei of developing serious symptoms if infected, as well as pregnant women and those who Kanousei pregnant, are asked to carefully consider whether or not to attend.
◇ Regarding seating arrangements
Seats for this tour are sold at capacity determined by local governments and venues.
Depending on capacity limits, we will do our best to maintain group distance as much as possible.
Please note that depending on the venue's capacity and capacity restrictions, there may be cases where other groups are seated in front, behind, or on either side of you, with no empty seats in between.
In addition, if the capacity limit in each area changes due to circumstances, the ticket distribution conditions Kanousei also change. In that case, we will inform you each time.

◇Please refrain from shouting out loud while watching the show.
・Please stay in your seat during the performance, and cheering, whistling, etc. are prohibited. Please enjoy the performance by clapping your hands.

◇ Request for regulated entry and exit
・Please arrive at the venue with plenty of time to spare. Depending on the venue, admission may be restricted by seating arrangements.
・Exits will be regulated. Please wait in your seat until staff guide you to your area.
・Please refrain from dining with other customers before and after the show, and please go straight home.
◇ Regarding viewing
All seats will be reserved and the number and arrangement of seats will be determined by the venue's regulations.
・We will ventilate the venue frequently, clean using disinfectant, and prepare for the event. In addition, staff may contact you if there is a high risk of infection, such as in close contact with other customers.
・We will thoroughly disinfect the facility and provide earmuffs for rental.
・Please refrain from using penlights, light items, fans, or other items that make noise.
- Waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue at each performance will not be permitted.
・We will decline gifts for the performers.
◇Other facilities and equipment within the venue
・Smoking areas within the venue will be closed.
・Bringing alcohol, drinking alcohol inside the venue, and being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.
◇Infection prevention measures for performers and staff
・Temperature checks and health checks will be conducted on all staff and related parties.
・If an employee is found to be in poor health, such as having a fever, they will not be able to work.
・To prevent droplet infection, wearing masks will be mandatory and face shields will be recommended during work.
- Please disinfect your hands frequently, especially when entering the venue.
・Performers will also be subject to temperature checks and health checks. They will be required to wear masks except when performing.
・If any other unusual circumstances occur, we will immediately cooperate with public health agencies such as local health centers and nearby medical institutions to take swift measures to ensure the health and safety of artists and staff.
Depending on the future spread of COVID-19 and changes to the guidelines of government agencies and industry groups, we may change the measures described above. Depending on the situation, we may be forced to cancel or postpone performances.
